Saliva dropped a new single with Trevor McNevan called “Cope”. I have to say, this new single is exactly why the rock genre is so close to my heart. Rock is the genre of the soul. When we feel there is nowhere to turn and no one who understands, rock is that place to turn and where we learn there are indeed people who have felt what we feel. Blood of Lions dropped “Daylight Rise”. It’s a sick single and I need to keep a closer eye on this band. (as should you!) Check out the single below.

Throwback song of the week “Like Father, Like Son” by Dogwood and Holly. This was a local VA band formed at Liberty University. While not a rock band, I felt like there was a rock edge to their sound.
