Rock News Roundup 257

Hey rockers and welcome to this week’s rock news roundup!

Skillet dropped a live version of “O Come, O Come Emmanuel”.

Speaking of Skillet, one of my most favorite pieces of news I’ve shared this entire year is that Skillet is bringing The Protest out on tour with them!!! This makes my heart happy, as The Protest absolutely deserves this. Check out their post on that here. If any of the tour dates comes close, please make every effort to go to at least one of them!

If you don’t know William Lee Moore, he is the owner of “Solid Rock Radio“. He was also one of my fellow Grizzlie nominees for “Industry Champion”. He’s a good friend with the mission to outreach in the Christian rock community. He let me know he is about to go through surgery involving kidneys. Please go here to find out more and to donate if you feel led!

Solid Rock Radio marks 18 years as a mainstay in the Christian rock streaming sphere

Bleach announced they will be headlining at Audiofeed this July! Check out their post here. I know many people will be going specifically for them. Let us know if you will be one of them!

Avery Pkwy dropped a “Joy to the World” cover. Check it out below!

Set for the Fall released “Black Box Heart”. I didn’t know how they would follow up after the emotionally driven “Fail”, but they definitely succeeded in this follow up! Yet another emotional banger for sure. Take a listen below.

Throwback song of the week is O Holy Night by Wolves at the Gate.

That ends this week’s rock news roundup. This is the last one for the holidays. We will return on January 12th. I hope you all have a great rest of your week and may God bless and keep you all! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!!!!
