Rhett Walker did an amazing rock cover version of “Carol of the Bells”. Check it out below! I’m really surprised by this and it’s now in my top 5 favorite Christmas covers.
Peyton Parrish is a well-known singer with over a million subscribers on youtube. He did a cover of “Ragnarök” among countless other amazing covers and he was also featured in viral song “Valhalla Calling” by Miracle of Sound. (both songs are not Christian but rather Viking songs) Just to name some of what he has done. With that said, he has announced something I’m really excited about (as I’ve been a fan of his since his “Make a Man Out of You” cover from Mulan). He has announced Christian rock album “EvangelCore1” will be out on December 5th! You can pre-save it on Spotify here. He is also dropping a music video for “Word of God” on December 4th. Lacey Sturm dropped an animated music video for “Wonderful”, done by Full of Eyes. This song was already my favorite off of “Kenotic Metanoia“, but the music video drives the song home and makes it that much more heart wrenchingly beautiful. It visualizes both what we deserve and also the incredible mercy and love of Jesus. Check it out below! “And all of these questions dragging you under, will only be answered when you start to wonder. Wonder, wonder, wonderful. This is what you’re made for”.
