Seventh Day Slumber dropped a new single called “Savior Machine” which features both Nine Lashes and Xander Raymond Charles. This single for me personally is a reminder and a warning. A reminder that our value should never be placed in the perception of others, and a warning of what can happen if we allow social media or any other marketing strategy to become an obsession. Along with the amazing message, Jeremy Dunn of Nine Lashes does an amazing second verse! His voice is electric and it’s so good to see him back at it! “I’m selling my reflection. Obsessed with their affection. I know I’m never gonna be. What they’re wanting. Is my worth tied down behind them?”

Confessions of a Traitor dropped their music video for their newest single “Noble Bloom”. It’s both heavy in sound and in content. Check it out below! ” If I can’t bend the will of heaven I guess I’ll say goodbye God I have to question? As I watch the blossom die?”
Throwback song of the week is Mercy Tree by Lacey Sturm. I figured with Easter coming up, this would be a great one for this week!
