Hey rockers and welcome to this week’s rock news roundup! Check below to see what your favorite rock artists are up to this week.
Disciple dropped their latest single “Sound The Alarm”. Disciple has proved with first “If You Say So” and now “Sound The Alarm” that they can indeed keep making epic tunes on the same level as Skeleton Psalms. Which makes sense, as this song will be on the deluxe edition of said album! Check out their press release on the single here. Check out the song below! You can also learn more about the song via here. “This plague of ignorancе, has eaten through my bones. I’ll tell you all my sins, don’t let me die alone. All I feel is suffering, spreading out and poisoning my soul.”
Caleb Hyles (with Judge & Jury) dropped his album “Darkness Before The Dawn”. Click here for ways to listen. Then you can check out the press release about it here. This album is now in my current top 5 favorite albums; It’s unique to hold the spot since my other favorite albums are all by bands/artists I’ve seen live/met. I connect more with the music by hearing it live. But this album is just THAT good. Don’t take my word for it, give it a listen! He also dropped a music video for “The Memory” featuring Ashes Remain. Check it out below!
Death Therapy dropped their new single “The End is a New Beginning”. The feel of this is so smooth, and I cannot love the transition any more between the verses to the chorus. It’s so incredibly well done. Let’s go! “Life is just a vapor, and the colors always fade”
Manafest dropped a new single called “This Is Your Day”. This is an unusual take for him. A very upbeat, pep in your step song; I’m here for it! Check it out below.
Seventh Day Slumber dropped their new single Black Roses White Doves. The intro to this is siiiiick! “Willing to die so you can live again? Open your wounds to start the healing”.
Wolves at the Gate just teased something is going down on March 7th. In the teaser the word “Parasite” is used. Check out the teaser here!
Throwback song of the week is “Impossible” by Lacey Sturm. I picked this one because I was just at a show this weekend and she had guests come on stage (Brian Head Welch, Trevor Tyson, and Tommy Green). It’s always a pleasure to see her live!
That ends this week’s rock news roundup. I hope you all have a great rest of your week and may God bless and keep you all!
