Hey rockers and welcome to this week’s rock news roundup! Check below to see what your favorite rock artists are up to this week.
Mourning Eve just dropped what looks to be 3 song titles with release dates! Check out their post about it here. Let’s goooo!
Warrior‘s newest single “Mansions of the Dead” is now out! This single is legit, and the band is so underrated. They did a great job with creating this allegory illustration, of warning people away from deception and pointing towards Jesus. Listen to it below!
Behold the Beloved dropped their own original Christmas single called “Bethlehem Star”. Check it out below! If you’ve been reading these roundups for a while, you know how important lyrics are to me and that I’m so appreciative when bands do lyric videos and/or share lyrics in the description. You may or may not also know, I’m a bit of a grinch about most Christmas music. However, this song has two thumbs up from me! “I see my breath but I’m warm inside. I close my eyes. Leave the world behind. My thoughts travel back to that ancient time”. Great jobs guys! -Grinch Katie
Classic Disaster dropped a Christmas metal cover of “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen”. They went heaaavvy on the cover and made it completely their own version. Check it out below and get ready to headbang! (Sounds a bit odd to say about a Christmas song, but I’m here for it!)
Solid Rock Radio‘s segment Backstage with Mothership‘s last episode of the year dropped this past week. Cindy Blankenship (aka Mothership) sat down with Jake Luhrs of August Burns Red and talked about how he got into music, life on the road, thought process on making music, tour memories, mental health, etc.
boiling point shared a teaser of a graphic with the words “better days” with the byline saying coming soon. Check it out here!
Zahna shared a health update+ more. Check it out here! Join Jesuswired in praying for what’s going on with her new kidney and for helping her in finding her and Patrick’s missing cat.
Lo Cloud is dropping a new single tomorrow called “Live Today”. Check out their post about it here. They also shared their spotify and said they will be releasing a new single every 8 weeks this year. Check out that post here!
Throwback song of the week is the reimagined version of Save Me by Skillet.
That ends this week’s rock news roundup. I hope you all have a great rest of your week and may God bless and keep you all!
