Hey rockers and welcome to this week’s rock news roundup! Check below to see what your favorite rock artists are up to this week.
Behold the Beloved teased a Christmas single coming out soon. Check out the video on that here! As a self-proclaimed Christmas grinch myself, Christmas music in the rock scene always hits different and does get me to be less grinchy haha. Let’s go!!
Speaking of Behold the Beloved, lead singer Sean Green and his wife/band manager Kelly Green’s new label Eternal Echoes has its first teaser announcement about an “incredible artist joining the team this year”. Check it out here!
Honor & Glory (Disciple‘s worship project) was just nominated for a Grammy for their cover of Firm Foundation. Check out their post about it here, fantastic reaction video here, and their press release here. Congratulations H&G/Disciple! This is absolutely deserved. Check out their cover of Firm Foundation below!
Bayless gave fans an update about the status of the band. Read the statement here! As someone who understands how time consuming the industry is when you already have normal life on top of it, take your time guys! I will be so excited when we do hear new tunes, but it’s totally understandable about not rushing things or being too overwhelmed.
The Protest shared a photo with a caption that mentions writing new music. Check out the post here. It’s always amazing when there are new tunes from those guys!
Nesdam just dropped his newest single “Plastic Crown”. To me this song connects to anyone who has ever been loyal to someone until they realized they were not worth being loyal to and said person wasn’t loyal back. Check it out below! Plastic Crown is off of upcoming album “Find the Truth” on XOVR Records.
Manafest dropped a new single called “Silent Beast”.
To Fight For dropped a music video for “Blatant”. Be prepared for a metalhead headbanger. “The war has come, and it is time to tear the fiction from the truth. He holds us all in His hands on bended knees, we’ll see you bow. Who will save you now. When your end is blatant.” The lyrics are fiiire. I’m looking to hearing more from these guys!
Throwback song of the week is the live album version of E for Extinction from TFK
That ends this week’s rock news roundup. I hope you all have a great rest of your week and may God bless and keep you all!
