Hey rockers and welcome to this week’s rock news roundup! Check below to see what your favorite rock artists are up to this week.
Convictions‘s new album “The Fear of God” is out now. If you know me, you know how surprising this year has been for me musically. I used to promote bands like Convictions out of respect for what they were doing, not because it was something I would personally listen to. But man, this album is a banger! Not just musically, although definitely that too. But lyrically as well. This album tears your heart apart, and yet starts to heal it at the same time as well. Listen to the album playlist below and decide for yourselves if you agree or not. Thanks, Convictions, for being vulnerable about mourning heavy losses, as well as being unashamed of Jesus and telling it like it is. (and for going hard on the coastal glow music video.)
Behold The Beloved dropped a music video for the incredible new single “Powerplay”. To learn more about Powerplay, check out the press release on it here! It’s good to know that Jesus has already won the victory, we need only put our trust in Him and stand our ground. Check out the music video below! “We’ll keep our head up high; Yahweh is on our side. Wind up this shot, death in the box. We’re on the powerplay!”. I can tell from this song and from toxic lullabies that the new album will be their best yet. Let’s goooo!
Caddy & Co released his album “Welcome To The Promised Land”. Amazing job on the album Josh! Check out the reel on that here and listen to the album playlist below. You can also stream it on all your other favorite music streaming platforms via here. Along with the new album, please take a minute and listen to his testimony! Through his lyrics, vocals, and speaking, you can tell he has a heart for God. He’s a welcome breath of fresh air, putting his own unique style into these songs. This is just the start for him! Make sure you follow his socials and let him know which song is your favorite.
Memphis May Fire dropped their latest single “Necessary Evil” You can listen below. Sometimes it’s true that “what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.” Our pasts help shape who we are, both the good and the bad.
4th Point dropped their new single “Repay”. It’s a banger for sure! “Looking for the one that you can’t repay. Looking for a feeling you can’t explain. Looking for your healing, chasing down a reason to live your life, and say what you mean to say.” Check it out below!
Fight The Fade dropped their latest single “Quarantine”. I always get excited when I see some sort of news from this band. Especially when a new song has released. “My mind is a maze of mud and mines that I can navigate, at my own pace. It just takes a little time. So don’t give up on me”. Listen below! This sounds like how I get when people keep asking questions and trying to help in their own way while I’m battling depression and anxiety. Sometimes taking a minute to yourself is what is needed to get your head on straight, and there is nothing wrong with that. Just don’t stay there indefinitely!
Chaotic Resemblance is back in the studio creating new music! Check out their post about that here. Who is looking forward to hearing new tunes from them?

Throwback song of the week “Old Wounds” by Fight The Fade. Check out the music video below!
