Rock News Roundup 173

Hey rockers and welcome back to this week’s rock news roundup! Check below to see what your favorite rock artists are up to this week.

Flyleaf is back in 2024 with another music festival performance! They will be at Welcome To Rockville on May 9th in Daytona, FL at the Daytona International Speedway. Check out their post about that here. We are so excited to see them back out there!

Flyleaf's Last Scheduled Reunion Show at Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2023

Magdalene Rose just dropped her EP “The Prelude”. Check out her post about that here. You can listen to a playlist of the album below or on your preferred streaming site here.

Gaston Flores and D.M Refuge of Relent have both announced on their socials that they have left the band. With that said, the official Relent socials no longer work at this time. We will update you on any more developments. Until then, we will miss you Gaston and D.M! We pray God’s hands remain on you and your future endeavors.

Collision of Innocence announced they are about to release a new album! Check out their post about that here

Thousand Foot Krutch shared a reimagined version of “All I Need to Know” featuring Eva Under Fire. Check it out below!

Manafest dropped his newest single “Cleanin’ Out My Closet”. I have to say, out of all of his newer songs the last few years, this is my favorite. It’s so catchy. Check it out below!

Ignescent‘s new album “Fight In Me” is out now! Check out their post for more information about the album here. I may be a little biased (because Kevin Young is featured haha), but “Not Today” is still my favorite off the record. With that said, the whole album is fire so make sure you check it out!

And this last one was a band I stumbled upon in an instagram reel. Coqui has come out with some fire lyrics with a unique style of music. Check out “Ven Con Migo” below! (My favorite of theirs so far!) You can also check out their most recent video they have posted “My Lord Provided (live)” below as well.

Throwback song of the week is Flyleaf’s “Again”. Check it out below!

That ends this week’s rock news roundup. Before I go, I do want to give a shout out to Some Sort of Rock Show‘s host John Staffieri for having me on his show this past weekend. It was such an honor and I appreciate everything he does! Go check out Some Sort of Rock Show’s post about it here and like their page! I hope you all have a great rest of your week and may God bless and keep you all!
