HolyName Self Titled Album Out Now + HolyName Release New Single Creed & Announce Self-Titled Album

Rock News Roundup 153

Hey rockers and welcome back to this week’s rock news roundup! Check below to see what your favorite rock artists are up to this week.

Reclaim The Day is launching their patreon page on June 2nd. They are also re-releasing “Say Goodbye” along with a music video for it on June 9th. Check out their post about that here for more information!

Zahna just dropped a lyric video for her song “This Is Your Calling”. For anyone who knows me, you know how I appreciate lyric videos. It connects me more to the song, and this is no exception! “This is the anthem of hope, for the ones who won’t die!”

Holyname just released his latest single “Bangarang”. In the byline for the song it says “A song of love and a song of lament. For anyone who has suffered loss in the last season of life. We hope this can give some language to the hurt and the hope.” You can definitely hear the love and lament in his vocals for sure. Check out different ways to listen via here or listen below!

CJ (formally of GFM) is playing 3 festivals with Relent this summer. Check out her video about that here and our article about that here!

Last week Solid Rock Radio‘s segment “Backstage with Mothership” interviewed Disciple about their latest album Skeleton Psalms. Check it (and other past episodes) out here!

Manic Drive premiered a music video for “Victory”. As a huge geek myself, seeing them battle it out in an old school video game is as epic as the song itself. Check it out below!

Faith Artist Agency just finished up a instagram livestream with Grace Graber and James Mead of Kutless to talk about mental health and trauma. Check out a replay of that here!

This week’s throwback song is Whispers in the Dark by Skillet. I’m still pretty obsessed with this song I’m not gonna lie!

That ends this week’s rock news roundup. I hope you all have a great rest of your week and may God bless and keep you all!
