I think anyone can agree that having a sibling with special needs often times aren’t easy. Instead of focusing on the negative experiences, it is best to think about all the positive learning experiences that occur along the way, day after day.
October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month. Since my brother has Down Syndrome (Trisomy 21), I’d like to share 21 traits I have learned – which most of them align with our Christian lives:
