Tomorrow (September 10th) marks the second re-launch of Ichthus Festival at Servant Heart Farm in Wilmore, Kentucky. Ichthus Festival is a very well-known name in Christian music circles, but not everyone knows that Ichthus Festival has a long history. In fact, Ichthus was the very first Christian Music Festival to take place in the United States back in 1970. Since that first year, Ichthus Festival has been held over 40 times. However, in the 2010s there was financial difficulties that made the festival shut down. Ownership then got transferred over to new owners, Joe and Cheryl Lycan, who then re-launched it last year! Their reasoning for the festival is simple, yet the most important reason of all. To bring everything back to the cross. They have a heart after God and His people and want to change lives. You can read more about that on their website here, see the schedule for the event here, and buy tickets to the event here. We are so excited for this re-launch and we pray the festival is used in mighty ways for the gospel of Christ.
