All of this week’s new releases and videos can be seen here and here respectively (or at least the ones I know about/have time to round up!). Below are some of my highlights which will be updated throughout the day (as will the new release list and video gallery).

Dropped new music or visuals today? Let us know here & here respectively.

NEW: You can now listen to the majority of today’s new releases in our JesusWired’s Juiciest Jams playlist HERE. Playlist will be updated and curated throughout today. Genre and topic specific playlists to follow in the coming weeks and months.

Featured Release

Skillet have a new album out…I’m typing this in my old faded long sleeved panhead top…and I have Dominion over this article. There was only ever going to be one album featured this week!

I’m loving pretty much everything about Dominion, the guitars, the heavy elements, Jen’s vocals and the general unashamed bravado woven throughout. They’ve always been unashamed of their faith but they seem to have stepped that up on Dominion and I’m here for it!

“This record is all about the celebration of freedom, a liberation from fear – to be who we want to be, say what we want to say, believe what we want to believe. We hope this record makes you feel empowered, inspired, and ready to rock!” Get it on your preferred platform here

Notable Releases

VERIDIA release the title track off their Pain Reliever EP. How cool are these visuals? The band say, “This visual is a graphic metaphor for the greatest gift you will ever give or receive – the pains, joys, and sacrifice of giving your heart away.”

Casting Crowns’ Healer album is absolutely fantastic and “Crazy People” is phenomenal, the bass behind it is simply sumptious!!

Seventh Day Slumber and The Word Alive? Yes please!! Death By Admiration drops today…and in two weeks!

They’re back in front of that wall of tv screens! For some that’s a bad thing but for me it brings consistency to proceedings and helps us really focus in on the lyrics of each new song, while also elevating the new songs with fiery performance visuals. Speaking of focusing on the lyrics, Memphis May Fire’s The American Dream highlights the rising division in this world and sums up exactly why I’m feeling more and more restless in this world. (C’mon people, we’ve got to do better!) Plus it flat out rocks. And that chorus? That’s got some good heavy swagger to it!

OOOOO THIS ABSOLUTELY GOES OFF!!! QWOAR, The Core is a force to be reckoned with! I can’t wait to listen to listen to the rest of You, Me, The Church, That’s Us – Side A later today. Try and stay still while watching this, I DARE YOU! (The cushion beside me took some beating during my first listen!)

Riley Clemmons just radiates God’s joy and that’s evident once again on her new For The Good collection EP. This live performance is so joyful! The EP also includes an acoustic version and the original single.

Coop continues to make a name for himself with Calvin Cambridge.

Devil gonna try and take me out of that church but you can’t take the church out of me

I love those lyrics! Anne Wilson breathes new life into Sunday Sermons as she kicks off 2022 with what will surely be another mega hit at Christian radio. Get it here.
