Rock News Roundup 84

Hey rockers! I feel like after over a year of hanging with you all, I can be honest about something. This week has been very stressful for me. I am very much looking forward to the weekend. With that being said, if it has to be a week day, I am so excited it’s Thursday! I look forward to sharing my passion with you all about the rock world each week. So let’s get started!

The Midnight Wedding has written new music and they are in the recording studio. Check out their post about it here. It seems they may be recording at The Ranch since Josiah Prince is pictured. I cannot wait to hear what they are cooking up!

Wolves At The Gate just released a Christmas single called “Lowborn”. Check it out below and get ready for a Christmas song like no other! I think I may have to play this at my grandmas for Christmas, what say you all? [Editor’s note: YES! I demand to see a video of your grandma headbanging!]

Matt Moore‘s new album “The Art of Precious Scars” comes out tomorrow and I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to hear the full album! You can pre-save it here. Seriously, do it!

Skillet released the new single “Standing in the Storm”. I have to say it’s one of my favorites from their most recent music and tonight it’s my anthem! “Through the hate and the violence, got truth on my side and love’s my weapon.” Check it out below!

Manafest is working on new music and he says you should put December 3rd on your calendar. Click here and here to learn more. Go here if you want to give your phone number and get texts with updates from him.

Citizen Soldier‘s album “This Is Your Sign part 1” is out now! Go here for their video with song previews and here for a link to all the places you can buy and stream it! Don’t sleep on this album or this band! The album is fire and I feel it in my soul this week.

3 Days Under premiered their music video for brand new song “Shadows”. The music video connects to the mini movie they shared on Halloween about the band being haunted by demons trying to tempt them. If you missed seeing the mini movie you can check it out here. The music video is below and you may want to get ready to headbang! Some of my favorite lyrics are “I’ve been living for so much more but the memories remain”.

Matt Sassano is dropping a new song tomorrow called “Not My Name”. Check out his post about it here. In the post he mentions the song is a shout out to anyone with disabilities or who are a black sheep.

Ignescent announced they are dropping a new song called “Remnant” on January 21st, 2022. Check out their post about it here where they share a few links to prepare for the song. Those links include the link to the music video for the song, which you can click on down below and hit set reminder so you can watch it when it premieres. A killer video teaser can be watched here.

And that ends this week’s rock news roundup. I pray you all have a great rest of your week!
