Dream Christmas Vol. 6 Releases October 29th

An Inside Look at DREAM Christmas Volume 6: Part 1

The most wonderful time of the year is coming and as we get ready to celebrate the birth of our Savior the folks at Dream wanted to bring in the good vibes by releasing Volume 6 in the Dream Christmas series. Featuring Chris Cron, All Creatures, Futures, Neon Feather and Landry Cantrell, the EP is out now!

I connected with all the artists involved with the project to find out a little bit more about their involvement with it. Check back tomorrow and Monday for parts two and three respectively.

What made you want to be a part of this project?

All Creatures

Christ’s birth is such a powerful moment in history- how can we not write about it??

Chris Cron

I’ve been sitting on this Christmas song for a few years now, waiting for the right time to release it. Releasing songs on your own feels like sending your kid out into the world unprepared. When Dream reached out to All Creatures about contributing a song, I slid this one in as well and they said yes.

Danae Leslie (Futures)

I love Christmas songs that focus on Jesus – He’s the gift that we could never earn and what the holiday season is all about, so getting the chance to add to the vast catalog of worshipful carols is an honor…Plus, Dream has an amazing roster of artists, so it was an easy “yes” from us when presented with an opportunity to be featured alongside them on vol. 6!

Neon Feather

I love any excuse to mix electronic music with the spirit of Christmas, duh!!

Landry Cantrell

It was not hard to get into the Christmas spirit early this year to write this song as you might catch me jamming out to Christmas music year round. The timing worked out perfectly for me and I’m so happy to be a part of this year’s release.

Be sure to check back tomorrow for part 2 where we find out more about the tracks the artists created for the project.
