Hello! Welcome to my column. I have been asked to introduce myself. My name is Stephany and I love Jesus. I also love books and music. So I decided to combine my love for Jesus and my love for books and create this awesome new column to write about Jesus and books that glorify Him.
I don’t just mean books like self-help and devotionals. The types of books I enjoy are fiction, especially speculative. I also enjoy romance, some historical fiction, mysteries and thrillers. But if the mood strikes me, we’ll throw some non-fiction in the mix.
This column will feature book reviews and author interviews.
I also love to write so I may have posts where I share messages the Lord is teaching me.
The name of this column is very intentional. It comes from two verses: First Chronicles 16:24 says, “Publish His glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things He does.” and Matthew 6:33 says, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
So this column will be a source for God glorifying content, mainly books, and sharing the amazing things He does.
