Have you ever bitten off more than you can chew? We’ve all been there, in that moment when we had the very best of intentions, but we just got in over our heads. It’s that point when our stress level has hit the ceiling, when we’re just about to break. The song lyrics explain, “When I’m spinning plates high in the air, start to lose my grip, you’re there to say you’ve got this”. Psalm 121 (the passage that our band name is based upon) says that our help comes from the Lord. If we’re willing to ask for a little help, He will be there every time to remind us that we don’t have to do it all by ourselves. Set to an infectious, electric-driven bluesy “clap and stomp” groove, this song is a reminder that no matter what challenge we’re facing, our Heavenly Father is right there beside us, even closer than the shade at our right hand, waiting to lift our heads and see us to the other side.

I've been an enormous Christian music fan since a concert by The World Wide Message Tribe in 2001. I'm passionate about spending my life changing the Christian music stereotype/saving the lives of our youth with it. I love puns, sports, wrestling & logic puzzles. I also have an English accent...because I'm English. My favo(u)rite 10 bands are: TFK, KJ-52, Disciple, Stellar Kart, Manafest, Skillet, Kutless, Family Force 5, Seventh Day Slumber and Ashes Remain.
