Essential Worship announces the newly launched website (EssentialWorship.com) that is an innovative online toolbox to help streamline worship leader’s planning and song discovery. This new site was conceptualized by Essential Worship to follow in line with their mission of serving worship leaders and the local church through songs, resources and recordings from the songwriters and worship leaders of Essential Music Publishing. Through the use of this freshly designed online worship leader home, they will have access to the latest tools and programs to learn the newest songs that are impacting the church on a global level.
On the new site, worship leaders can take advantage of full integration with Planning Center Online, today’s premier worship planning software, quickly adding new songs or resources to their existing repertoire of songs. This integration is the first of it’s kind and allows all EssentialWorship.com users to add resources directly into their Planning Center account with one-click, including chords, lyrics, video resources, audio links, and all important song data (CCLI number, recommended key, theme, BPM and tempo, Scripture, etc.) Other tools available on the new site include a Spotify option that allows the user to create a playlist of worship songs without leaving the page, as well as a Related Songs smart filter. This feature will consider the data of each song the user is considering, then recommends up to five additional songs to accompany that song in a worship set.
“It is our goal to be innovators – constantly surveying where we can better serve the worship leaders who visit EssentialWorship.com,” shares Essential Worship’s Josh Pauley. “We understand the demands and responsibilities that are expected of that role, and our hope is that through new tools on the website we have made it simpler to introduce new songs, train musicians and teach copyrights that are staples in the Church.“
Essential Worship is home to some of today’s most sung writers, worship leaders and churches including Jason Ingram, Matt Maher, Vertical Church Band, Elevation Worship, One Sonic Society, Mia Fieldes, Paul Mabury, Newport among many others. Songs featured on the website include “Forever Reign”, “Great Are You Lord”, “Christ is Risen”, “Open Up the Heavens” and “Only King Forever,” as well as an extensive catalog that has been recorded or led by worship leaders such as Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Passion, Hillsong, Jesus Culture and many more.
