Cody Flesher released an album called The Protected Shall Never Know Christmas of 2012. Now, he’s back in the studio releasing his new single “Inside My Fate.” As he puts it, “It’s a call to action for Christians to stand firm in their faith and with each other in the Body of Christ. Further, it exhorts them rise up against the tricks and lies of the devil because we have been made holy and are destined for glory through the blood of Jesus.”
The song is very Portable-Sounds-Sounding, which I appreciated because who doesn’t love a little TobyMac? Also, there is a lot of passion within the song. I believe passion is one of the greatest aspects of a song you can have. After all, what’s music without passion?
Cody preaches volumes in this song. It’s quite refreshing to see someone so fired up for God and spreading His message through music. We need more people like Cody in Christian music!
Overall, Cody did a really great job with this song – it’s catchy, it has a good message, and it’s passionate. The hook is great and it sounds professional. Shout out to Cody; I wish the best of luck to you! Great job!
