Anyone who knows me knows that I love TobyMac with all my heart. His music has impacted me so much and I never miss his shows when he comes to town. I just love him!
Anyway, he came out with a music video last week for his song “Speak Life” off of his Eye On It album. I’ve probably watched it 100 times, and I would recommend it to everyone!
The video was shot in downtown Nashville, my favorite place on Earth, I love that about it too! Nashville was a great location choice- it truly brought life to the video. The video features different ways that words hurt us, and the impact those words leave on us- we feel dead. The theme of the song is that we have the power to speak life or death.
The song was inspired by a quote from Brennan Manning that appears at the end of the video. To see what quote, go check it out!
