Lybecker are currently raising money to fund the release of their new album through a fan-backed campaign hosted on their website. There is only a week left and still over $25,000 to be raised until they meet their target so every little helps. The up and coming independent Christian alternative rockers from Seattle, Washington are aiming for a Spring release but they can’t do it without your help, so you can head on over to their website and help them raise the necessary funds by backing and pre-ordering their new album.
In the campaign video, Lybecker’s Lead Singer Dewey Lybecker shares, “Music is an amazing thing, it’s led us across the country, it’s given us experiences we would have never dream of, it’s a language that everyone can speak. Your stories motivate us to keep going, it’s crazy how a song can be born in a bedroom, and turned into something that can save somebody’s life, help them through a hard time, or be the soundtrack to someone’s great day. But more than that, it’s brought us all together.” He goes on to say, “Henry Ford said, ‘coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success.’ Let’s do this together, because if we don’t, it won’t be possible.” To hear the rest of what Dewey has to say you can watch the campaign video on their website.
You really don’t want to miss this wonderful opportunity to back this project, and for doing so you can receive some pretty sweet rewards in return – for example, for just $25, you could receive a physical copy of the new album a week before the official release, 2x Lybecker stickers, a limited edition album t-shirt and access to behind the scenes footage in the donor’s area on the website.
As well as backing the project, be sure to spread the word about this campaign to all of your friends by sharing this article through all of your social networks.
