Metal Heavyweights The Devil Wears Prada Return with Fierce New Album

Since 2005, six guys from Dayton, Ohio, have been touring the world and spreading the heaviness as The Devil Wears Prada. You would think after 8 years of playing together there would have been at least a couple of lineup changes, but the only original band member missing on The Devil Wears Prada’s latest album, 8:18, is keyboardist James Baney. After Baney left at the beginning of last year, many fans began to question the direction The Devil Wears Prada, known to their fans simply as Prada, would take. However, any doubt that the band could deliver despite the lack of their long-time keyboardist has been erased. Lead vocalist Mike Hranica’s screams are rawer than ever, and the musicianship is once again fairly tight. The now metalcore quintet has delivered yet another solid effort with 8:18, which was co-produced by Adam Dutkiewicz of Killswitch Engage and Matt Goldman of Glow in the Dark Studios. 8:18, the highly anticipated follow up album to The Devil Wears Prada’s last offering Dead Throne, officially hits shelves everywhere in stores and online today so be sure to pick yourself up a copy of this not to be missed metal album.
