Artist: Bishop Paul Morton
Track: The Best Is Yet To Come
Album: Best Days Yet

Whether you have made a resolution or you’re in constant prayer, may this year bring you happiness and joy. You might have had an excellent 2013 and you might have even been blessed beyond your wildest dreams; praise God!

But what if you didn’t? What if last year didn’t go as you had envisioned?

Don’t worry. Just know that it is in God’s hands. “Stay in faith… stay in the word… trust and know” that “the best is yet to come.”

“The Best Is Yet To Come” has been going through my head for the past couple of weeks and I wanted to share it with you because, on approaching the new year, I found myself reflecting on the past year. Many wonderful things had happened and other things I desired didn’t, but I was blessed enough to be able to see the new year in and I was blessed enough to be able to pray for my coming year that “not my will, but Thine, be done” (Luke 22:42).

God’s will will be done in your life on this earth as it is already done in heaven. Keep in God’s word and “keep on praying.” Know that it will come and know that you will fly high. In the words of Bishop Paul Morton, “you ain’t seen nothing yet… you ain’t seen your best days yet, the best is yet to come.”

An encouragement to all who hear, “The Best Is Yet To Come” reminds us to look ahead to our best days and to move forward in the mighty name of Jesus.

“The Best Is Yet To Come” and the album, Best Days Yet, can be found on both iTunes and Amazon. You can also follow Bishop Morton on Twitter (@BishopPMorton)  and find him on Facebook.

Wishing you a happy new year, I hope that you were blessed over the Christmas period and that this new year will bring you all that you desire.
Check again at this time next week for another Gospel Rewind and remember, the best is yet to come!
God bless.
